How It Works

Our handover process is simple and child-focused.

• Once a session is booked, we’ll provide parents or carers with a pre-vetted public handover location in the RM1 Romford area.

• At the agreed time, the first parent/carer brings the child(ren) to the trained handover facilitator at the agreed handover location—then leaves.

• After 15-minutes, the collecting parent/carer arrives to collect the child(ren) from the same facilitator.

Please note: KindSteps Handovers do not provide reports or contact supervision for these sessions. Our focus is on smooth, neutral transitions that prioritise the child’s wellbeing.
